My Evolution

Hi, I’m Rashmi (Rush-me) Nemade!

Thanks for taking a moment to learn about me, and hopefully, I’ll get to learn about you too!

My journey began in school and in the lab. I love the sciences. The discipline, rigor and precision of the sciences appealed to me. So, I went further and deeper into biology.

I earned my PhD in Developmental Molecular Biology

and have written and edited professional articles for The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Cedar Stem Cell Institute, George Washington University, as well as grant proposals for the National Institutes of Health, The Ohio Third Frontier and The Ohio State University on a wide variety of topics ranging from cancer, neurological disorders, agriculture and sustainability.

Then, it was time for the next step - voiceover!

Now as a certified medical narration specialist, my background makes me the perfect fit for medical, scientific and technical projects. I have narrated for peer-to-peer, as well as general public audiences.

I absolutely LOVE voiceover and love bringing the discipline, rigor and precision of science to audio delivery!

Giving back and being an active member of my community is important! Since 2015, I’ve been a reader on my show Here's To Health, a preventative health focused broadcast service for people who are blind, have low vision, or other conditions that prevent reading. In 2020, I started volunteering with the Medical Reserve Corps to help in any way possible to pandemic efforts.

I believe that delivering engaging, memorable voiceover can help people live healthier lives.
